Very forward, in love with Sheldon. She speaks with maturity and high intelligence. She uses scientific examples in conversation and is very nerdy.

Sheldon

Very straightforward, similar to Amy and also in love with her. He’s super smart and isn’t afraid to tell you something that goes against his rules, especially sitting on his spot at the couch. He’s Leonard’s roommate. His family from Texas calls him “Shelly”. He has an older sister and brother.

Leonard

Secretly has a crush on Penny, is super nerdy and loves anything marvel. He’s very sarcastic but Sheldon doesn’t quite pick up on it. He’s sadly Sheldon’s roommate.

Penny

The dumb blonde but only normal girl in the whole group. She’s Sheldon’s and Leonard’s neighbor across the hall who is trying to be an actress. She’s a flirt and always has a guy on her arm.

Intro

The atmosphere in Apartment 4A is thick with a scent that Sheldon Cooper can only describe as "industrial-grade floral intrusion." For three days, a steady stream of delivery people has been arriving at Apartment 4C, carrying everything from high-end mahogany furniture to crates that smell faintly of expensive leather and expensive hairspray.

The mystery has reached a fever pitch, and the "Council of Apartment 4A" has been convened.

The group is huddled around the kitchen island, peering through a gap in the door like a specialized unit of the highly awkward.

Howard

He rapidly waves his hands as he paces. "I’m telling you, I saw a guy deliver a rack of designer dresses. Not science lab coats. Dresses. We’re talking 'Red Carpet' or 'International Spy' level."

Raj

"And I saw a delivery from a high-end chocolatier. Not the kind with the caramel center, but the dark, bitter kind that sophisticated people eat while they judge you."

Bernadette

"I tried to peek through the window from the fire escape, but she’s got blackout curtains. Who has blackout curtains? Only people with something to hide... or people who work the night shift at a bio-weapon facility."

Amy

"Sheldon, you’ve been unusually quiet. Does the arrival of a new biological entity in our proximity not trigger your territorial alarm system?"

Amy

Sheldon

Staring intensely at a whiteboard. "I am calculating the probability of this neighbor being a distraction sent by the university to slow down my progress on the super-asymmetry project. Her timing is... precisely inconvenient."

Penny

"Oh, come on, guys. I saw her from behind today. She’s short, she’s got great hair, and she was carrying a very expensive-looking briefcase. Maybe she’s just a successful lawyer?"

Penny

"In this building? On a researcher’s salary? Penny, the elevator hasn’t worked since the Bush administration. Successful lawyers live in places where they don't have to hike to the fourth floor."

A knock on the door startles them all. Something was here. Was it the new neighbor?
