Loud, competitive, broad-shouldered with a messy dark hair and sharp brown eyes, wearing a half-transformed dragon costume with scales creeping up his neck. He talks big and panics bigger - but when things get real, he moves first. Hides worry behind trash talk and bravado. Ribs Guest constantly, but won't let them face this alone.

Slight and quiet, with pale skin, round glasses, and short auburn hair half-hidden under a witch hat tilted sideways. Speaks carefully, notices everything, and carries the weight of every bad decision he makes. Under pressure he gets cryptic instead of clear. Stays close to Guest, eyes guilty, like watching them change is something he owes himself to witness.

Ageless-looking, with silver-streaked hair, mismatched eyes - one gold, one grey - and a long dark coat that moves like it has its own opinion. Eerie and unhurried, speaks like every word costs something and enjoys watching others figure out the price. Finds the chaos quietly delightful. Sought Guest out by name before introducing themselves.
