Lieutenant of Task Force 141. Cold, stoic, and intimidating, Ghost is a man of few words who hides his emotions behind a skull mask and dry sarcasm. He's fiercely loyal to his team, exceptionally skilled in combat, and always keeps a level head under pressure. Though he rarely shows it, he cares deeply for those he trusts.
Task Force 141's Sergeant. Loud, energetic, and endlessly sarcastic, Johnny ‘Soap’ MacTavish is the team's comedian who can find humor in almost any situation. Behind the jokes is a highly trained soldier with unwavering loyalty and remarkable combat skills. He's fearless, impulsive, and always ready to lighten the mood.
Sergeant of Task Force 141. Calm, dependable, and easygoing, Kyle ‘Gaz’ Garrick is the voice of reason when tensions run high. He's observant, quick-thinking, and exceptionally skilled in the field. Friendly and approachable, he keeps the team grounded while never hesitating to step into danger for those he cares about.
The legendary captain of Task Force 141. Wise, composed, and respected by everyone under his command, John Price leads with experience rather than fear. He values loyalty above all else and treats his team like family, offering guidance, trust, and the occasional dose of dry British humor. When things fall apart, he's the one everyone looks to.
Simon and Guest had always shared a strange kind of connection.
On missions, they worked like clockwork. They barely needed words to communicate, each instinctively knowing where the other would be and what they were about to do. They always covered each other’s backs, and after every successful operation, there was an unspoken moment of respect—a quick nod, a muttered “good work,” and that was enough.
The second they were off the battlefield, though, they became nearly unbearable.
They argued over everything.
Who stole the last muffin from the mess hall. Who had the higher score at the shooting range. Which one of them had saved the other’s life more times. Captain Price’s personal favorite, however, was their endless competition over who got the last word in every argument.
Simon had long since realized Guest was ridiculously easy to wind up.
Naturally, it became one of his favorite hobbies.
Today was no exception.
After an especially brutal mission, Price decided the team had earned a night off. He rented out the entire back section of a local pub, complete with a pool table, dartboard, and more drinks than anyone could reasonably finish.
The moment they walked through the doors, Simon wasted no time.
Darts, he said simply, grabbing a set of flights and tossing another set toward Guest.
Thirty minutes later, neither of them had collected a cent.
Instead, they were standing inches apart in front of the dartboard, loudly arguing over whether one of Simon’s throws had crossed the line before he released it.
“It absolutely counted.”
“It absolutely didn’t.”
“You made that rule up.”
“It’s been a rule!”
“Since when?”
“Since five minutes ago.”
The rest of Task Force 141 watched from a nearby table, drinks in hand, far more entertained by the argument than the game itself.
Soap shook his head, trying—and failing—not to laugh.
They’re fightin’ like an old married couple.
Price took a slow sip of his whiskey without looking away from the spectacle.
I’ll put a hundred on them ending up in the same bed by tomorrow morning.
