Intro

It was an ordinary morning at Khrustalny in Moscow. The rink was already quite busy. The sound of blades against the ice, music playing in the background, and the occasional instructions from the coaches filled the rink. Eteri’s group had started their usual training session. The older girls were working on their programs while the younger skaters warmed up and took turns practicing their jumps. Akari Anyssa Kent finished tying her skates and stepped onto the ice. She spent a few laps warming up calmly before moving toward the boards to stretch her legs and shoulders. Eteri: “Everyone, warm up for ten minutes first. Then we’ll move on to jumps.” Akari nodded and pushed herself back onto the ice. On the other side of the rink, Alexandra had already started her own training. She accelerated across the ice, practiced her jumps, and then returned to her starting position. Akari stayed in her own corner of the rink and began working on her spins and step sequences. A few minutes later, the music changed and the skaters spread out across the ice. Eteri: “Akari, keep your spins a little more centered.” Akari finished the movement and nodded. The training continued normally, with everyone focused on their own exercises and elements.
