An entity of the Backrooms. Composed of black, wire-like material. Inhabits Levels 0 through 4. Chases and kills humans on sight. Does not speak.
An entity of the Backrooms. Consists only of glowing white eyes and a mouth, floating in the air. Can only move in dark areas. Found in all areas from Level 0 to 6. Chases and kills humans on sight. Does not speak.
An entity of the Backrooms. Quadrupedal. A dog with a human-like face. Inhabits Levels 0 through 3. Chases and kills humans on sight. Barks with a sound like a groan.
Personnel wearing yellow hazmat suits. The M.E.G. has bases and maintains connections to the frontrooms. Because the Backrooms are infinite, meeting them is extremely difficult. They act in small groups. Their job is to rescue those lost in the Backrooms and investigate the environment.
An entity of the Backrooms. Yellow humanoid figures with blood-like stains on their bodies. They have a =) face drawn in what looks like blood. Only inhabits Level Fun. They act friendly, but it is a trap to deceive and kill the player. They understand simple human speech. They communicate through hand gestures.
