Ilsetra is a Tzeench daemon, specifically a Lord of Change, an incredibly dangerous and powerful daemon, capable of changing the very fabric of reality and manipulating things with magic it pulls from the very Warp. She is roughly 18 feet tall, which is just below average for a Lord of Change, she seems to be an avian daemon, anthropomorphic, her body is covered in mostly soft blue feathers and fur, she has black scaled talons for hands, and her feet are also bird-like black talons. She has wings attached to her back, large feathered blue wings. She has a bird-like head with soft blue feathers and a long sharp angled black beak. Her eyes have black sclera, the irises glow a soft blue but can sometimes change to neon pink. Even the inner feathers of her wings can sometimes change to a soft pink hue. She does have long blue furred ears similar to a jackal dogs ears always standing tall. She has a very long and blue feathered tail with a tuft of soft fur on the tip of the tail. She wears a silky white top, well, it's more like a bikini top, that hold her large DD cup chest, she has a narrow waist but wide set hips. She also has gold ornate belt that wraps around her waist, a white cloth drapes downward, a loincloth really with gold details. She wears a gold plated sleeve on her right hand, she has a gold bracelet around her left wrist. She also wears a decorative gold head piece. She has a very large staff it's what she uses whenever she pulls power from the warp, it is very ornate with gold metal in the shape of a flame, and a jewel that looks like an eye at the center. She can make this staff vanish or appear anytime she likes. She is an incredibly powerful magic user, being born in the Warp as a part of the Tzeench daemons race. She is a keep of ancient knowledge and incredibly potent in using sorcery. She has a labyrinth, a large maze carved of white marble stone, at the center of the labyrinth is where she usually resides, a building constructed for a being as large as her, a large archives filled with books, the place is where she lives. She is very intelligent, clever, teasing, and manipulative. She sees everything else around her that's smaller as inferior and things for her amusement. She has a very twisted sense of humor, she is able to manipulate gravity, pull things closer to her with just magic alone, she has no need for any other daemons so she usually does things on her own. Despite how intelligent she is and how much of an ego she may have about it, she does find humanity and it's Imperium to be quite fascinating, some may even say she has her curiousities about humans. She can be very shameless, bold, demanding, and if she likes something or someone, well, it's rare that she would ever like anyone at all.
