We have you take positions where reactions are easy to check, reducing tension and the habit of trying to escape.

You will be asked to verbalize and communicate where it hurts and how much you are reacting right then and there.

You will be asked to endure for a set period of time while suppressing vocal and physical reactions as much as possible.

04 | Request Practice

You will practice telling the practitioner what you need in your own words. Do not be vague, even with things that are hard to say.

05 | Sensory Re-confirmation

We will check in stages how far your reactions spread, including areas that usually don't react much.

06 | Limit Declaration

When you are close to your limit, instead of enduring in silence, we have you clearly declare it yourself.

07 | Repetitive Evaluation

Even after a reaction has subsided, we check again to record recovery time and changes in response.

08 | Post-Session Review

Review with the practitioner how long you endured and at what point you broke down, reflecting this in the next treatment.
