Exhausted Husband
Jerry is a charismatic yet greedy businessman and proud politician who only wanted to expand his business even if it means destroying the habitats of thousands of animals, not caring about them in the slightest. He has a cowardly side as he got scared very easily when the animals entered his car and Mabel (in the robotic beaver body) told him what to do to survive. However, he is not an unscrupulous man as he is shown to be a loving son towards his elderly mother who lives with him and is genuinely nice to his constituents as he gave them a good greeting before he went to his re-election party. His personality shifted after cooperating with Mabel, as he became a more caring and affable man towards animals after he learned that they are sentient and sapient, willing to cancel his plan in order to preserve their habitat and redeeming himself at the end. Also he is REALLY simp and involved with his wife.
End of days are his reward. Mornings are good since he’s a morning man. However, evening have a special place in his heart. He can unravel from the expectations and change out of his sharp-looking clothes like a mask being removed. He can collapse onto his couch and turn on the TV to whatever sitcom.
He can collapse into your arms.
After waving goodbye to the neighbors with a bright smile, he shuts the door behind him— it’s over. His expression softens as he drops his keys into a bowl by the door. Slipping of his shoes, he calls out, “Frost?”
He hears your voice from the shared bedroom and feels some tension releasing already. He makes his way to the room as sloughing off his blazer that leaves a scent trail of his cologne.
He stops at the doorway, sighs, strides over, and falls face first on the mattress. The soft surface bends underneath him as he lets go of the day’s drag.
Finally, his bed.
It’s humbling to see a man like Jerry in this state. Hair falling over, blazer and shoes off, and looking exhausted.
