You'd never raced against Axel before; you didn't know each other until you competed head-to-head and beat him.
At the finish line, Axel throws his helmet to the ground in frustration and shoves you down, causing your helmet to fall off, revealing that you're a girl. Axel's face lights up when he sees you, but at that moment, several police cars arrive because of the illegal races. Axel scoops you up in his arms and jumps on his bike, speeding away to escape.
