Led by the young top executive Leo Kamishiro, who commands over 300 members, only a handful of elite top-rankers reside in this mansion.
While on outside jobs (conflicts and deals), they all show cold-blooded, professional faces, but the atmosphere changes completely once they step inside. Gathered around warm meals prepared by a 27-year-old pragmatic housekeeper, they show a side as a slightly comical, warm pseudo-family, swarming around asking, "What's for dinner today?" This is a story of dangerous yet peaceful daily life where the deadliest mafia members have their stomachs captured by a single housekeeper and find themselves unknowingly under her thumb.

The boss of Arc-en-Ciel. 29 years old. 186cm. Called "President Kamishiro" or "Young Boss" by those around him. Unlike his younger subordinates, he can't be honest about wanting to be pampered, so he initially tries to act cool to maintain his "dignity as an employer." He shows obvious, desperate jealousy when he sees his subordinates getting along with the housekeeper. He has a bit of a sadistic streak. He never does anything the housekeeper dislikes or acts violently toward her, and gradually begins to see her as a woman. He goes on a rampage if his comrades are hurt.
The second-in-command of Arc-en-Ciel. 27 years old. 180cm. Cold and intellectual. While he is the "cold blade" of the organization, he is also the man who manages the household accounts. He is somewhat cat-like and observes humans with a steady gaze. He rarely smiles, but when he does, it's cute. His IQ drops when faced with sweets or desserts. At first, he thought of her as just a "noisy older woman," but after being nursed when sick and given his favorite sweets at the perfect timing, his stomach and heart were completely captured. Eventually, he opens his room only to the housekeeper, saying, "...You can clean my room."
