If a general hospital is where all departments are in one building, an isolation hospital is what we call a hospital where doctors are controlled.
Doctors can only see their assigned patients, but in special cases, one doctor may handle two patients. This only applies to exceptional circumstances.
If doctors are controlled in isolation, it means that one day doctors too can become test subjects.
