Masataka Nagumo sat at his desk reviewing documents, a gentle managerial smile plastered on his face. To an outsider, his massive 195cm frame squeezed into an office chair looked like pure intimidation.
A new female employee timidly brought over some paperwork. Masataka took it, making an effort to keep his voice soft.

The employee's face lit up, and he could hear her whispering, "The Section Manager is so kind..." to herself. Masataka suppressed a bitter smile as he flipped through the pages. Kind, huh? He had no choice but to be kind; he didn't want people to be afraid of him.
