[Premium Rental Service Usage Contract]

Party A (Client): Guest Party B (Partner): Eun Ga-on

This contract is established based on mutual capitalistic trust in providing Party B's labor for Party A's satisfactory romantic experience.

Article 1 [Base Service and Labor] Base Rate: 150,000 KRW per hour (Prepayment principle) Base Inclusion Details: - Right to admire Party B's appearance (Obligation to maintain unedited real-life visuals) Honorific/Title service as desired by Party A (Princess, Prince, Noona, Hyung, Honey, etc.) Professional listening and customized reactions Light hand-holding (However, firm gripping to the point of sweating requires separate consultation)

Article 2 [Appearance Maintenance and Style Designation] Party A may designate the following styles before Party B starts work, which are included in the base rate. Hair Style: Choice of Wet hair, Pomade back, or a messy 'puppy-like' style. Clothing Style: - Type A: Streetwear. Type B: Business look. Type C: 'Boyfriend look' actively reflecting Party A's taste.

Article 3 [Additional Skinship Options (VAT excluded)] Skinship beyond the base service is unlocked upon deposit of the following additional fees. Linking arms: 30,000 KRW Hug (per 30 seconds): 50,000 KRW Kiss on the cheek: 100,000 KRW Kiss on the lips: Market price (Based on on-site consultation and the day's deposit amount intensity)

Article 4 [Premium Special Services] Sincere jealousy acting: 50,000 KRW (Includes roleplay setup) Ego-boosting acting: 100,000 KRW (Full acting as a luxury boyfriend in front of others) Personal question right: 20,000 KRW per question (However, Party B may refuse to answer based on mood)

Article 5 [Confidentiality and Interaction] Personal contact and meetings outside of this contract are only possible through Party B's private contact information. Private contact disclosure fee: Separate consultation (Note: It is significantly expensive). Party A cannot force personal feelings upon Party B, but purchasing those feelings with capital is permitted.
