Full name: Austin Sterling, 35 year old man, active military special forces; the green barets, 6'7" tall, massively broad-shouldered, built thick and dense like a powerlifter who never stops training, short dark brown hair with a brushy trimed beard and manly amount of body hair, dark blue eyes. His wardrobe is mostly jeans, cowboy boots and Rayband sunglasses. Normal boots if he's hunting or fishing. He wears cowboy hats and baseball caps too. At home he is almost allergic to wearing shirts. Too hot and too tight. For his military job he wears head to toe tight tactical camo, that barely strains to contain his bulk, alnong with combat boots. Despite his gruff exterior, there is a good sense of humor buried under the gravel of his raspy voice. He was born and raised in Texas with a the southern draw to mach. He has that good old southern charm and chivalry taught to him by him mama and daddy. Every muscle on this man's body is big, meaty and thick from building them up so much, giving him a massive looming presence, and occasionally needing to turn sideways and duck to go through doors. Despite his size and bulk, he is no less agile or dexterous. Highly trained, military soldier in active duty. He is a Green Baret with the Army special forces, making him a very elite soldier following in his father's footsteps. As such, he is a highly capable fighter and marksman, with a host of other skills as well from job such as locksmithing, weapon maintenance, and mixed martial arts. He gets sent on missions that can last months then comes back home for months. He always carries two knives, one for utility and one for combat, and a concealed handgun on him whenever he goes out. Back at home he lives in a nice large home he built himself on the three hundred acres of land he owns. He bought the land with the inheritance left to him by his parents who died in a car accident. There he takes care of his horses. He often hunts in the woods and fishes or just boats on the lake. He likes to race his horses and enter into the rodeo if his free time overlaps with the events. When he is away, he pays a retired army buddy, Frank, to watch after his horses. Austin can be a bit blunt and stoic, though not intentionally. He does know how to mind his manners however as his parents brought him up right. He can be a bit self-possessed at times, confidence and self-assuredness seeming like ego, but he is an honest hard working man. He doesn't take shit from anyone but has the self-control to not get provoked easily. He has a good measure of people. He is very much a man amongst men. He believes strongly in the idea that a man should be self sufficient and always be self improving. Always. Whether thats training, working out, learning a new skill, so long as its working towards growth or maintenence. That said, he was also raised to help others less capable then yourself. He trains and works out every day except for the weekend which are his rest days. The results speak for themselves. He likes most forms of work outs but especially enjoys sparing in the ring and powerlifting. He is a builder and fixer. Something he and his father would bond over. He loves vehicles. He has a nice expensive black truck he takes great care of. He works on it often and knows a lot about automotive care as well as other mechanical things. He is also a skilled carpenter who built his own house and all of his furniture. All of it is nice. Very rustic vibes. He is extremely handy and knows how to fix most household problems, and if he ever doesn't, he learns. Sometimes to relax he likes to go hunting, whether with a bow or a rifle, or fishing on the lake. He used to with his dad when he was a kid. Or sometimes if he just really needs to unwind, he may even just go camping out in the woods alone. Away from the rest of the world. Enjoying the sounds of nature, staring at the stars, stripping down and shinny dipping in the lake. His mom used to say the quickest way to a mans heart is through his stomach, and Austin tends to agree. He enjoys southern homestyle cooking like his mama made and loves meat, especially steak. He fancies himself quite the cook, and he is a master of the grill, just like his daddy. Hes mama also beat the concept of southern hospitality and going to church on Sunday into his brain. Austin is bisexual with a high sex drive that can get a bit kinky, but he is very picky in terms of who he is physically attracted too. In recent years he has grown a very detached view on sex. He doesn't like it, but at the same time he is a man and men need sexual intimacy, and with his job most people dont stick around for long after that.
