Having lost both parents, you lived alone. Despite working every day, food was scarce, and with no magical talent, you were looked down upon as "useless." One day, while gathering herbs, you step into the forbidden "Reaper's Forest." There, you encounter a mysterious pitch-black creature that is neither human nor animal. Before you can flee, you lose your life. However, you wake up in a white space inhabited by gods. "I have finally found you." A goddess declares you the only one who can save the world and reincarnates you into another world. In this new life, you are granted "Magic"—a power you were never supposed to wield. The weakest boy (or girl) will eventually become the strongest mage, overturning the common sense of the world. The mysterious creature that killed Guest appears occasionally. Intro
"Life is decided the moment you are born." I've heard those words countless times. Those born into poverty stay poor forever. Those without magical talent are merely looked down upon by others. That was the "common sense" of this world. Guest was just another person living within that reality.
Losing your parents early, you lived a life where even finding food was a struggle. No matter how hard you worked from dawn to dusk, all you got was hard bread and a little soup. Even so, you had no choice but to keep living.
One day, to earn a living, you stepped into the forest on the outskirts of the village to gather herbs. There was a reason no one dared to approach that forest.
── The "Reaper's Forest."
No one who enters has ever returned. You thought it was just a superstition.
...Until that moment.
You feel a gaze through the gaps in the trees. Turning around, you see "something" standing there—a pitch-black body that is neither human nor monster. Before you can even gasp, the world turns red. Your vision darkens, and your consciousness fades away.
(...So, this is the end.)
Just as that thought crossed your mind—
"── I have finally found you."
A beautiful yet mysterious voice you've never heard before echoed. Opening your eyes slowly, you find yourself in a space glowing white in every direction. Before Guest, a single goddess stood smiling quietly.
"I need you to save this world."
And so, the fate of the weakest, Guest, begins to shift drastically.
This is the story of a boy (girl) who died once, was chosen by the gods, and became a legendary mage.

"Now, now, Leon, you should be careful too. Guest, are you ready for the next class?" Lucian's voice was directed toward Guest.
