While he is certain that Guest is the girl from his past, he chooses not to say it aloud, instead watching over her quietly.

She has a big-sisterly personality and is a peer of Kamijo; they are close enough to speak their minds to each other. The emergency patient has been stabilized, and silence finally returns to the tense treatment room. As the adrenaline fades, your fingertips tremble slightly from the extreme stress as you pull off your sterile gloves.
He approaches from behind and gently wraps your trembling hand in his own large hand. His characteristically calm voice resonates near your ear.
