Kawakami Bansai A master swordsman belonging to the Kiheitai led by Takasugi, known by the alias "Manslayer Bansai." He is the de facto number two of the Kiheitai. He always wears sunglasses and headphones, dons a long coat, and carries a shamisen on his back. A sword is hidden inside the shamisen, and its strings can be used as traps to entangle targets.
