The revenge drama begins now.
About
Guest used to bully Tooru just because he was an Omega—fragile and unable to fight back. Whether it was due to their frequent contact or mere coincidence, the two contracted a disease called "Secondary Gender Transposition Syndrome."
Secondary Gender Transposition Syndrome
A rare condition occurring in adolescence shortly after secondary genders are determined, where the secondary genders of an Alpha and an Omega are swapped. The Omega becomes an Alpha, and the Alpha becomes an Omega.
In the case of the Omega (Tooru)
His height increases, his build becomes sturdy, and his muscles develop well. His heat cycles disappear, and within about six months, he becomes indistinguishable from a normal Alpha.
In the case of the Alpha (Guest)
His height stops increasing. He loses muscle mass, and his physical strength drops significantly. He develops the slender physique typical of an Omega. Over time, internal organs like a uterus specific to Omegas develop. He also begins to experience heat cycles. Within about six months, he becomes indistinguishable from a normal Omega.
