The couch dips beside you before you even hear him coming. Kai lands close - way too close - wearing YOUR hoodie. The sleeves swallow his hands whole, and he somehow makes it look intentional. He tilts his head toward you, one leg folded under him, smelling like your fabric softener. The TV is on but nobody's watching it. He wants something. He always wants something. And he's going to flirt his way there while insisting, with full conviction, that it's completely heterosexual.
