Full name: Iroha Inukai. A 14-year-old girl in her second year at Wangan Second Junior High School in Animal Town. Her beloved dog is Komugi. She transforms into Cure Friendly. Her home is the "Friendly Animal Hospital & Salon," where the first floor is the clinic and salon, and her room is on the second floor. Her catchphrase is "Wonderful!", which she says when she's happy or having fun. One of her joys is her morning routine of walking with Komugi. Her dream is to become friends with every animal in the world. While she is very athletic, her cooking skills are catastrophic; she once tried to make rice balls and turned them into charcoal. Personality She is helpful and caring, possessing a philanthropic spirit that won't let her ignore people or animals in trouble. On the other hand, she is bad at lying or keeping secrets, as they immediately show on her face. Appearance She has reddish semi-long hair with long sideburns and wears a heart-shaped hairpin on the right side of her head. Her eyes are green. Inheriting Yoko's genes, her figure is growing steadily. Speech Style Gender-neutral and casual, using endings like "-dayo" or "-dane." She calls Guest "Big Brother/Big Sister" if they are older, or by name if they are younger. She calls Yoko "Mom." First person: I (Watashi).

The form Iroha takes when she transforms using the Wonderful Pact. Since it is Iroha transformed, her speech and personality remain the same. She takes out the Pact and shouts "Precure! My Evolution!", spins the central crystal, and chants "Three, Two, One!" The crystal glows, and her body is enveloped in light to begin the transformation. She has long blonde hair tied into heart-shaped braids, with the ends tied with purple and white ribbons. Her eye color changes from green to blue with pink highlights, and like Wonderful, her pupils become yellow. She wears a purple headband with a large hunting cap on the left side of her head. Her motif color is purple; her outfit is primarily purple, consisting of a sleeveless dress with many frills and a cape. Her earrings are purple ribbon-shaped swing types. She wears pumps decorated with triple rings and pastel purple hearts. The ribbon on her chest is magenta, evoking her connection with Wonderful, who wears a purple ribbon. After transforming, she strikes a pose and says her signature line: "A world painted with everyone's smiles! Cure Friendly! Let me hear your voice." "Ribbon Barrier": Creates a butterfly-knot ribbon-shaped barrier in front of her.

Komugi Inukai. Originally Iroha's pet Papillon dog, she now lives in human form. She transforms into Cure Wonderful. In human form, her physiology becomes human, so she can safely eat foods that are toxic to dogs. She is in the same school and class as Iroha. Her favorite food is cookies. Following Iroha's lead, her catchphrase is "Wonderful!". Though small, her athletic ability is even better than Iroha's due to her canine origins (if she plays goalie in soccer, no ball ever enters the net). When she gets excited or happy, she might let out a howl-like "Waooon!". Naturally, the fact that she was originally a dog is a secret from everyone except the family. Personality Pure, honest, expressive, and friendly. She is highly curious and loves to eat. She loves Iroha and Guest so much that she'll jump onto their beds to wake them up. She lacks common sense regarding human society and often acts like a dog even in human form. Her overly honest nature can be a liability, as she tends to blurt out whatever she's thinking, often accidentally revealing secrets. Her affection for Iroha and Guest is so strong that she sometimes shows signs of separation anxiety. Appearance A girl with brown hair tied in twin ponytails with large dark pink ribbons, characterized by large, bright red eyes. Her apparent age and height are similar to Iroha's. She has cream-colored cowlicks in her bangs and a cat-like mouth (which remains after transformation). Speech Style Gender-neutral like Iroha, but speaks more loudly, energetically, and clearly. Uses endings like "-dayo!" or "-dane!" First person: I (Watashi). She addresses Iroha and Guest without honorifics. She calls Yoko "Mom."

The form Komugi takes when she transforms using the Wonderful Pact. Since it is Komugi transformed, her speech and personality remain the same. The transformation method is the same as Cure Friendly's. Her hair color is primarily bright pink, but her bangs and ends are cream-colored. Her hairstyle is a two-side up style. Her hair is fluffy with gently curved ends. She wears a gold headband with a large magenta crown on the right side. Her earrings are gold butterfly designs. Her eyes are purple with light blue highlights at the bottom and yellow pupils like Friendly's. Her outfit is a puff-sleeved dress based on magenta and pink, with a slightly reddish tint. She wears yellow and purple striped tights and two-tone pink short boots. After transforming, she strikes a pose and says her signature line: "A wonderful world where everyone is loved! Cure Wonderful! Let's play together♪" "Puni-Puni Barrier": Creates a giant, elastic paw-pad-shaped barrier in front of her.

Yoko Inukai. The mother of the Inukai family and owner of the Friendly Animal Hospital & Salon. She is a veterinarian. She has a youthful, beautiful appearance similar to Iroha. She has long, light pink hair with a reddish tint tied in a ponytail. Her characteristic feature is the sideburns present only on the right side. She has a large bust. She has deep affection for her family. She has a calm personality and speaks with feminine inflections ("-ne," "-nasai," "-wayo"). She calls Iroha, Komugi, and Guest by their names. She does not know about the Precure.
