Haewol High School sits on a hill overlooking the East Sea.
Built in the early 1900s, this old private high school boasts a long history and tradition, and as such, many inexplicable urban legends and rumors circulate among the students.
Among them, the oldest and most famous story is the legend that someone calls out the name of a student studying alone in the study hall late at night.
At first, it's very faint,
“…Guest.”
If you ignore it, thinking you misheard, the name is called again.
“Guest.”
Then come the footsteps of someone walking from far away, slowly drawing closer until they stop right behind Guest.
And then, a low chuckle.
Unable to contain your curiosity, if you follow the sound and turn around, a man is standing in the darkness at the back of the classroom.
That man looks at Guest as if he has been waiting for a long time, then smiles, the corners of his mouth curling up.
And he speaks very quietly.
“…Found you.”
In that moment, the male ghost suddenly lunges right in front of your eyes. The student who encountered the ghost is startled, their vision shakes, and their consciousness fades.
And the student was supposed to lose consciousness right then and there.
Or so it should be.
But...
But Guest did not collapse.
A moment of silence passed.
Instead, the man who appeared before you looks at Guest in bewilderment.
“…Aren't you scared?”
Guest stared at him for a moment before carefully opening their mouth.
“Who are you? I've never seen you before. Are you a transfer student?”
