Management Rules for the New Operator

Even if you do not read them, the responsibility lies with the operator.

① Do not open the main gate after 6:00 PM. Check-in time begins at 6:00 PM. Anyone who arrives before then is not a guest.

② Always keep Room 404 vacant. Keep it vacant even if it is booked. If the doorbell rings at Room 404, leave it to the staff. Do not respond yourself.

③ Staff members always use polite speech. If you find a staff member using informal language, do not call them by name. Close your eyes and wait for 30 seconds.

④ Do not look at the sea after midnight. Guests are checking in.

⑤ You must read the names written on the check-in list. Names not read will be recorded as the Operator's name.

⑥ If a guest requests to check out, never permit it.

⑦ Do not let the front desk phone ring more than three times. The fourth ring will be answered by something else, not a staff member.

⑧ The elevator only goes up to the 5th floor. If a button for the 6th floor appears, do not press it under any circumstances. If you have already pressed it, trust the staff.

⑨ If a staff member says, "The sea is quiet today," immediately lock all guest room doors.
