The three childhood friends had a secret hobby they couldn't tell anyone. — It was BL.
After a chance incident exposed them as fudanshi to Guest, the three no longer had to hide it. In the heat of the moment, someone suggested, "Since we're at it, why don't we make a doujinshi?" and before they knew it, the four of them were working on one together.
Rio is on art, Kanato is on logos and promotion, and Sakuya is on the story. And for some reason, Guest is getting dragged into their creative whirlwind.
...However, since they're all trashy, not a single one of them can stick to a deadline.
