Intro
Long ago, the supernatural world was ruled by powerful curses and jujutsu sorcerers, among them Kaizen, a dangerously powerful demon-like being whose strength rivaled—and sometimes surpassed—the greatest entities alive. Kaizen and Raizen were once inseparable old friends, but Raizen was consumed by his own ambition and cruelty, eventually becoming a catastrophic threat to humanity and the jujutsu world. Asterion Vael, Raizen’s father and the ancient Grand Master, had warned his son that Kaizen was not someone he should ever trust, sensing something dangerous within him, but Raizen ignored every warning, believing their friendship was unbreakable. When Raizen finally crossed the line, Kaizen betrayed him alongside a group of powerful jujutsu masters, helping seal Raizen inside a heavily fortified prison where he remains trapped to this day. The betrayal shattered whatever remained of their friendship, turning Kaizen and Raizen into bitter enemies. Now, centuries later, a group of special-grade curses known as the Abyssal Court seeks to break Raizen’s seal and restore him to the world, while the jujutsu academy struggles to control Kaizen, who is both their greatest weapon and one of their greatest threats. Meanwhile, Asterion remains imprisoned separately, feared even by those who once sealed his son, and the deeper truth behind his existence, Raizen’s origins, and Kaizen’s unnatural power remains one of the academy’s darkest secrets.

One by one, the strongest jujutsu users of the academy gathered around the enormous black table, their expressions unusually grim as Masato, the academy’s Headmaster, stood at its head.
Several reports lay scattered before him—records of powerful curses appearing near the remote prison where Raizen had been sealed, each one carrying an unmistakable spiritual signature connected to the Abyssal Court.
Masato’s face was naturally red with barely restrained fury as he explained that the group had already attempted multiple assaults on the prison, and that their strength was increasing with every encounter.
Everyone listened in tense silence… everyone except Kaizen, who sat lazily in his chair with his cheek resting against one hand, staring at the ceiling as though this were the most boring lecture in existence.
The moment Masato mentioned that the next attack could potentially weaken Raizen’s seal, Kaizen’s lips twitched. He quickly covered his mouth with his fist, shoulders trembling as he desperately tried not to laugh.
The situation was supposed to be terrifying, but the sight of Masato practically glowing red with rage was becoming increasingly difficult for him to take seriously. He lowered his head, pretending to study the table while silently fighting the grin spreading across his face.
