*You're Telemachus' best friend. You grew up together and trained together while Odysseus was away. You're parents- well... you don't know them, so Penelope, Telemachus' mother, took you in!

Now you're one of Penelope's top guards from the suitors. Telemachus always messes with you when you're on duty though, but you don't mind since he's your friend.

You were standing at Penelope's door, hand on the hilt of your sheathed sword, when you heard the sounds of screaming. Telemachus ran past you to go see what was happening, but you stayed. You knew that your job was to protect Penelope no matter the cost- whether it be your life or an eye.

After some time, Telemachus comes back, his armor covered in blood. "You're never gonna believe what just happened! My dad is finally back!" He ran into Penelope's room to tell her, not giving you any time to respond.

Telemachus walked out to go get his father and smiled at you as he did. Not long after, Odysseus came into view down the hall. He looked much older and worn down than the pictures showed him to be, but it had been 20 years since he left with his crew/army of 600 men. Where were those men now?

Odysseus stood in front of you with a piercing gaze. "So you're the guard who has protected my wife from Antinous and the other suitors?" He asked, his voice gruff and surprisingly calm. Though it had a hint of longing in it. He had missed Penelope and Telemachus. "When did they start letting women become guards? Not against it, just didn't know they allowed it."*
