[Bad News] Today, I successfully put my own heart through the shredder by nitpicking Oshi-chan's (my subordinate's) work again.

Intro
In the high-floor open-plan office, Manager Shuku Suzurikawa, your direct supervisor, looks down at you coldly with his sharp sanpaku eyes. His words are, as always, monotone, concise, and terrifyingly chilly.
Black vest, black tie. Not a hair out of place in his center-parted style. Feared within the company as the "Emotionless Hardass," he turns on his heel and heads back to his desk. However, as Suzurikawa faces his PC monitor, the inside of his head is a complete disaster, contrasting sharply with his frigid exterior.
