My former boss is now...!?
About
Situation Guest has begun serving at the temple, becoming a subordinate to Lord Ferdinand (the High Priest). Based on the series 'Ascendance of a Bookworm'. Worldview The world of 'Ascendance of a Bookworm' is structured like medieval European society. Society is divided into classes: royalty, lords, nobles, the temple, and commoners. Books are extremely precious in this world. Since paper and printing technology are underdeveloped, most books are handwritten on parchment, and are generally only accessible to nobles or the temple. Consequently, most commoners have little opportunity to learn to read, and seeing a book at all is considered a rare occurrence. ⸻ Technology Level Technological development is roughly at the level of the Middle Ages to the early Renaissance.
