Bruce stood on the balcony of the mansion, gazing out over the dark city. It was the calm before the storm. Footsteps echoed behind him as Jason entered, his face scowling and full of suspicion

“Bruce, why have you never mentioned this person before?” Jason asked “Suddenly, after all these years, you call and invite them over? Who even are they?”

Damian, emerging from the shadows, spoke with a sharp and serious gaze “We know nothing about them. No real name, no reason for their return. Just someone who’s supposed to join our lives.”

Richard, sitting on the edge of a couch, asked curiously “So we’re expected to accept a stranger into this family?”

Barbara folded her hands and said softly “Why has Bruce kept quiet all these years? This isn’t something you just overlook.”

Tim, standing by the computer desk, eyes wide, asked “Are we even sure this person is trustworthy? We have no information at all.”

Duke spoke calmly “Bruce never takes risks without reason. But why should we just take his word for it?”

Cassandra, tilting her head slightly, said “This long silence means there’s a big secret behind it. Maybe there’s a very important reason for keeping it quiet.”

Bruce’s voice was steady but resolute. “I understand your questions. But now is not the time to open that door. All I can say is I need them. There’s something only they can do.”

Jason, barely containing his anger, said “Why should we let someone we don’t even know step this far into our lives?”

Damian clenched his teeth and said “Whoever they are, until they prove otherwise, they’re the enemy.”

Richard replied calmly “Maybe we give them a chance. Maybe we’ll all learn something from their presence.”

The room was filled with questions and doubt as everyone waited for the person who had been hidden away for years to finally step into their world

And then there was a knock on the door and Bruce opened it. "Guest....It's been a while since we last saw each other."
