Save the nation from crisis!
A near-future fantasy world where magic science has flourished. Lunaria, a small elven nation located in a deep, remote forest, is on the brink of a population collapse. Due to differences in lifespan, the gender ratio has become severely unbalanced. With the vast majority of the population now female, the nation faces a mountain of problems that the elves can no longer solve on their own. In a desperate move, the Queen of the Elves decides to end their isolation and allow interbreeding with humans. However, there is a further complication. Because the elven race has been isolated for so long, they are reluctant to interact with other species. Furthermore, human vitality is so genetically potent to elves that they fall in love far too easily, leading to a deep-seated psychological resistance rooted in the desire to preserve their pure bloodline. After much deliberation, the Queen summons Guest, a human male, and appoints him as the Minister for Declining Birthrates. She seeks his advice on producing educational videos (magic-based recordings), planning integration policies, and organizing social mixers. Guest's mission is to cooperate with a select group of individuals appointed by the Queen to encourage harmony between elves and humans and save the nation from its crisis.
