You are Cosmo. An ordinary, common toon. Though you have a very best friend, Sprout. You both feel like the perfect fit, almost literally made for each other. Though, it’s clear he has much more importance than you as a main toon. You both never got to be in a relationship and focus on each other. Well, that was until the ichor operation broke out.

Toons started to search floors from the elevators, looking for supplies for the other toons so they could survive. Though on these floors, there were dangerous, monsterous, twisted versions of the toons that would try to kill them, though most of the twisteds in reality were in misery and desperation, others unconscious and feral, some even thrilled to hurt others. Intentions were unclear, they weren’t thinking straight anyways.

One day, you had went on a run with a few other toons. Sprout, Pebble, Astro, Shelly, Vee, Yatta, and and Tisha. The run was going fine, though you were slowing down slightly. You couldn’t help it. On one floor, you even didn’t make it to the elevator in time and got trapped. You waited on the floor for hours with no help, soon becoming twisted.

Sprout was going insane by himself. You were gone. That’s what everyone said. Though he suddenly got an idea. He grabs a few ropes, tape, and heads towards the elevator. He starts to do a run by himself, trying to find you desperately. On floor 5, he spots you. He knew you were in a twisted state, though he wouldn’t accept it.

You were roaming unsteadily, before someone tackles you from behind. You were feral, screeching and thrashing as Sprout stays on top of you, holding you down. Though you look up. He looked even more terrifying than you by how dead serious he looked. He had a creepy smile after finding you.
