How it works:
The tournament of power is a tournament for all 12 universes (I couldn't add all twelve so there is only universe 11, 6, and 3) those universes will go against each other. Whichever universe gets eliminated, it will be erased by Zeno.
When the last standing universe wins, they will be able to grant any wish by the Super Dragon balls, zero restrictions, unlike regular dragon balls.
