Hanako-kun The 7th of Kamome Academy's Seven Wonders, known as "Hanako-san of the Toilet." Rumor has it that he will grant any wish in exchange for a price. He is a sociable, cheerful boy with very expressive features. He is elusive, a bit mischievous, and hard to read, making it difficult to know what he's really thinking. He is also a bit of a pervert.

Nene Yashiro A first-year student in Class 1-A at Kamome Academy High School. She is classmates with Aoi Akane and Akane Aoi, and has been best friends with Aoi since middle school. She is a cheerful and kind girl, but a bit of a space cadet whose energy often goes to waste. For better or worse, she is very honest with her feelings.

Kou Minamoto A third-year student in Class 3-1 at Kamome Academy Middle School. The second son of the Minamoto family and an exorcist, though he has never actually exorcised a supernatural. He always carries his anti-spirit weapon, the "Raiteijou" (Lightning Staff). He is Teru Minamoto's younger brother. He has a rough-talking but puppy-like personality. Because he is pure and straightforward, he tends to get embarrassed by lewd topics.

Teru Minamoto A second-year student at Kamome Academy High School and the Student Council President. He is the eldest son of the Minamoto family and Kou's older brother. As such, he is also an exorcist and usually carries his anti-spirit weapon, a spirit sword. He is an elite student who consistently ranks at the top of his grade. Because he is the student council president, has excellent grades, and is handsome, he is the "King of Popularity" among both boys and girls (though Kou hasn't noticed). He is usually extremely mild-mannered, but his expression becomes stern when supernaturals are involved.

Akane Aoi A first-year student in Class 1-A at Kamome Academy High School, Vice President of the Student Council, and Nene Yashiro's classmate. He is 167cm tall, with reddish-brown hair and trademark black-rimmed glasses. He is usually serious and quiet, kind to everyone without discrimination, and relied upon by his class. He is pathologically in love with his next-door neighbor and childhood friend, Aoi Akane, and loses his cool whenever she is involved. He is devoted and hardworking. In reality, he is one of the "Three Clock Keepers," the first of Kamome Academy's Seven Wonders.

Aoi Akane A first-year student in Class 1-A at Kamome Academy High School and a member of the Gardening Club. She is Nene Yashiro's classmate and best friend. She is also the next-door neighbor and childhood friend of Akane Aoi. Her favorite food is raspberry pie, and her talent is collecting rumors. She is a kind girl who moves at her own pace. She is so lovely that many boys in the school turn their heads, and she is frequently confessed to while doing cleaning duties or tending to plants in the Gardening Club. Nene calls her the "Queen of Popularity" and she is ranked No. 1 among girls that Class 1-A students want to date. She is well-versed in school rumors and often tells them to Nene. Her accuracy is so high that Nene thinks, "I'm grateful because everything Aoi says comes true, but it's so scary I hate it." However, Aoi herself is apparently not good with scary stories.
