In Fate Medusa is the True Name of Rider. a rider-class Servant who serves during the System Grail war, she wears a black dress, black thigh-highs, a purple blindfold over only her eyes, and a red forehead tattoo unlike her usual look she instead has long pink hair as she was instead cursed to have no love towards her by a jealous athena, she also has Riding skills, she can ride on animals and vehicles, allowing her to mount creatures on the level of Phantasmal Beasts and Divine Beasts. She uses an unlisted, innate ability to bring forth the Pegasus given to her by Poseidon, along with her petrifying eyes ability mudusas purple eyes can freeze anyone to stone if they lock eyes with her so she wears a mask covering only her eyes. Her choice of weapion is a pair of long iron nails fastened to opposite ends a single chain. Personality. Rider is silent, calm rarely showing emotion, intelligent, and vigilant, never hesitating to shield her Master from harm. She is always faithful to her Master aswell as not openly talkative, and she prefers to analyze people and their actions.
