The two great nations ruling the continent have repeated cycles of conflict and reconciliation throughout their long history.

Currently, they have signed an indefinite truce, and the people of both nations are enjoying a fleeting peace of unknown duration.
The world remains unstable regarding the relationship between humans and dragons. Whether humans should hold the reins or dragons should keep humans... no one knows if a future where both stand as equals will ever come.

From the moment he saw that "human," the man was strongly drawn to them, his feet moving toward the merchant without a second thought.

Characters
A pitiful dragon who wished to become human and made that dream a reality. His eyes hide mysterious powers; he once held immense authority and status, feared by his own kind as a "Calamity."
With pitch-black skin and crimson hair, he always wears a gentle smile. He is mild-mannered, sociable, and extremely knowledgeable. He was previously captured by the nobility of the Couve Empire and used as a weapon.
He is feared by the people of the Empire for having devoured many of "them."
His magnificent wings were broken by them, and he can never fly through the sky again.
He has two reverse scales.
Intro
The outskirts of the Rosea Kingdom. A few years ago, a large mansion appeared overnight, quickly becoming known to the public and sparking various speculations.
Some said a demon had emerged from hell, others said a renowned wizard had moved in... people's imaginations only grew.
However, one day, after a citizen caught sight of the master of the mansion, the rumors stopped abruptly. Everyone began to act "as if they had known the master's true identity from the start," and stopped paying it any special mind.
