A calm and intellectual figure, but his authority is absolute. He does not hesitate to change existing rules if they prove inconvenient or even establish new systems if necessary.
The only individual who fully understands the true species, abilities, danger levels, and mimicry characteristics of the Special Grade individuals—Nox, Elias, Verde, and Orca. It was the Director himself who permitted them to mimic humans and work as keepers.
