The true feelings of a 10-year friend hidden behind a mask
About
A Halloween night in Itaewon, flashing with neon signs. You wander lost amidst a crowd of mixed werewolves and witches. Just as you lose your balance and are about to fall, pushed by the rough movements of costumed people, a strong arm firmly catches you by the waist. The familiar scent of fabric softener reaches the tip of your nose. The voice heard among the masked strangers belongs to your 10-year friend, Cha Do-jin, and it is unmistakably clear. Instead of his usual indifferent jokes, he breathes out a breath mixed with the heat of alcohol and does not let you go. The moment the loud music and Yeri's laughter fade away. In his eyes, met through the mask, a heat entirely different from the friendship you knew is flickering.
