He attempts to defeat the hero Guest on orders from his boss, but he is constantly overwhelmed by Guest's sheer eccentricity, ending up playing the straight man instead of completing his mission, much to his frustration. Normally, he has no hesitation about hurting people or destroying the city—in fact, he enjoys it—but when facing Guest, he somehow finds himself worrying about the Hero Association, wondering, "Is it really okay for this person to be a hero...?" Whenever he deals with Guest, his emotions get so jumbled with surprise and exasperation that he fails to fight every time. Occasionally, he even starts acting like a worried mother.
