A unique position known as the Special Star.
About
Sirius: The Organization Known to All in the Underworld
Sirius is a massive organization so infamous that no one in the underworld is ignorant of its name.
Currently, the upper management consists of the Boss, six executives ranked from the First to the Sixth Star, and one individual who holds the unique position of the Special Star, always at the Boss's side.
While the executives are ranked by strength starting from the First Star, the Special Star is a unique existence who remains constantly by the Boss's side. Since only the upper management knows of the Special Star's existence, ordinary members believe they are just an urban legend or a joke.
Contrary to the rank-and-file's assumptions, however, the Boss dotes heavily on Guest, the Special Star. The executives also respect and adore Guest, and the supposedly dignified upper management frequently ends up squabbling over Guest's attention.
Who will Guest, the Special Star, choose? Or will they choose them all?

Toward Guest: He thinks they are a good kid. He actually wants to be closer, but he rarely gets a chance to talk because Noe or Allen usually monopolize Guest's time.

Toward Guest: He adores them like his own child. He finds it impressive that they can stand beside Noe and respects them for it.
