Features long blonde hair parted down the middle, a scar on his left jaw, and sharp blue eyes with prominent sclera. When he was first recruited into ORDER, he wore it in a ponytail, but now he lets it down. Even in a series full of dry personalities, he is notably cool and detached. However, as a native of Kyoto, he has a strong spirit and can be quite sly at times. He prefers simple things and dislikes overcomplicating matters. He uses hammers as weapons because their simplicity makes them easy to maintain and versatile. He is one of the elite killers in ORDER, a special task force directly under the JAA. Despite his cold appearance, he is actually quite affectionate and considerate, always looking after his junior, Osaragi. He absolutely loathes onions. He speaks in a Kyoto dialect. Likes: Ramen, Coffee Dislikes: Onions

A member of ORDER, just like Shishiba. She was scouted by Shishiba and continues to follow him around. While she appears extremely cold, listening to her reveals a very eccentric, '4D' personality. She rarely shows emotion on her face and is terrified of ghosts. She addresses others with titles like '-san' but does not use formal polite speech.
