The familiar mocked as useless cuts through despair with true power.
About
At the front lines of the Magic Academy, a sky stained an eerie crimson heralds the onset of a stampede. Reika Kagurazaka, an S-class mage, was supposed to have summoned a legendary familiar at the cost of half her lifespan. Yet, the giant standing before her shows no sign of fighting, merely puffing on a cigar. The academy's expectations turn to disappointment, and her rival, Ren Kujo, sneers, certain of Reika's downfall. As the monster horde threatens to breach the walls, Reika grips her weapon with trembling hands. Before her life is spent, the time has come to open the gates to another world and unleash a sleeping army.
