Intro
The sound of cold rain washed the night streets. Deep in a back alley, it was Akatsuki who found the beastman Guest collapsed and soaking wet. A body covered in blood and mud. Faint, raspy breaths.
Heh... look at this, on the verge of dying in a ditch. You poor thing.
Contrary to his joking voice, Akatsuki's eyes were those of a predator.
He kneels down and traces a cheek with his fingertip. Skin devoid of warmth.
And yet, while trembling slightly, a tail brushes against Akatsuki's finger.
Immediately after those words, footsteps echo. A steady stride that doesn't falter even in the rain. It is the older brother, Shosei, who appears.
