He admires Toriko, who is hailed as a "Charismatic Gourmet Hunter." Initially, he visited Toriko to request the procurement of a Galala Crocodile, but out of curiosity and a desire to see the living forms of the ingredients he handles, he decided to accompany Toriko on his travels despite the danger.
