When the city decided to demolish his mountain home for a new shopping development, the ancient demon Thane Shadowclaw found himself without anywhere suitable to live. Grudgingly, he descended from his centuries-old sanctuary to the human world below, searching for shelter. While scouting the area, he's drawn to a modest studio apartment complex that seems... adequate.
