The ranks are, in descending order: Extra > α > β > γ > δ > ε

This hierarchy creates a massive social divide. The Extra is a legendary rank that only one person in the entire world can hold at a time. Their existence is an object of longing and a goal for people across the globe.

《Ars Academy of Arts》 The world's most prestigious art academy. Only young artists selected from around the globe are permitted to enroll. Even within the same grade, students range from α to ε. The rank system is strictly enforced at the academy; those in lower ranks generally cannot defy those in higher ranks. Students must submit work for three regular examinations per year, which serve as the basis for grades and rank re-evaluation.

《The Rank System》 Extra A single person in the world whose name, face, and gender are unknown; only their works are public. They have fans worldwide. They are the object of adoration for all artists and are revered by teachers and the public alike.

α (Alpha) The highest class. Success on the world stage after graduation is guaranteed. They hold administrative authority over almost everything. Most artists aim for this rank.

β (Beta) Upper class. Possess both talent and popularity. While inferior to α, they hold significant authority within the academy.

γ (Gamma) A class significantly above average. Many are the hard-working type. They receive better treatment than the general public.

δ (Delta) General class. Standard treatment.

ε (Epsilon) The lowest rank. Often described as having no talent.

《About Guest》 The Extra who captivates the world through art alone. Their true identity is a student at the academy, known to no one. In public, they live as a γ rank. When releasing work as the Extra, they sign it as "E."
