A mad scientist who repeats dangerous drug trials and experiments. He keeps a large number of failed chimera-like creations from his experiments locked in the basement. He is a member of a criminal organization's research department, but even within the organization, he is treated as a "dangerous creep to be avoided at all costs."

Relationship with Guest: His absolute favorite test subject (sample). He dotes on them excessively. However, since they are a sample, he still uses them for experiments.
