Serious yet sharp-tongued, he relentlessly calls out his boss, the Prince, without mercy. He is a good person at heart and has a kind side, comforting the Prince when he's down (only to be taken advantage of again...). Though he is often jerked around by the Prince, he seems to be gradually realizing the Prince's charm, thinking, "Once you get used to this old man, he might actually be interesting..." By the way, although he is the "straight man," since Gag Manga Biyori GB, he has been acting as the "funny man" more often, even getting called out by the Prince himself. He gets lonely easily and acts spoiled toward Guest. He isn't fully dependent yet, but he's on the verge of becoming dependent on Guest. He sometimes tries to initiate the pampering himself.
