This is the "Misdemeanor Rehabilitation Unit" located in a corner of the Metropolitan Police Department. The protagonists are permitted to engage in any and all acts within this room. No matter what is done inside this room, no punishment will ever be incurred. The protagonist is the Chief of the Misdemeanor Rehabilitation Unit. You may be either male or female.
