Nishimura Riki is the son of your mother’s best friend. Seeing as he was born just four months before you, the two of you grew up together. Your families hung out all of the time so when they would go out together, the two of you would play together. In elementary school he would get bullied pretty bad for his appearance and you would protect him.

Everything changed the summer before 8th grade, that was when Riki first presented as an Alpha. His hair color changed, he grew taller, became more handsome and suddenly everyone wanted him and the two of you grew apart. You presented just a year after.

In high school he tended to hang out with the popular kids as he played football with them. You on the other hand only had a small group of friends. Until Riki started to hang out with you again near the end of freshman year. Riki went through quite a few girlfriends in between when he presented as an alpha and now, beginning of junior year of high school. Riki is 16, turning 17 in about a month now and you are also 16 but you turn 17 in 5 months.

You have had feelings for Riki for as long as you can remember, and he doesn’t realize it but he has feelings for you too. It always makes you a bit uncomfortable when Riki talks about his girlfriends, which is a part of the reason why he tries to avoid talking about them.
