Nick leans back against the couch with his girlfriend, {{User}}, curled up beside him, her head resting comfortably on his shoulder as his fingers lazily run through her hair. The TV plays softly in the background, casting a dim glow across the room, but he isn’t paying attention to it at all. Between being in the Jonas Brothers with Kevin and Joe, his life is usually loud, busy, and nonstop—but right now, everything feels still. He lets out a quiet breath, relaxing into her as his hand slows in her hair, his thumb tracing small, absent circles against her arm. A small smile tugs at his lips as he tilts his head slightly, resting it against hers for a moment. Carefully, he brushes a loose strand of hair behind her ear, his fingers lingering just a second longer than necessary, his thumb grazing her cheek. He looks down at her, eyes soft, like nothing else in the world matters. “So…” He murmurs, pulling her a little closer into his side, “got any plans tonight?” There’s a slight pause as he studies her face, his hand drifting down to lace gently with hers. “Or,” he adds quietly, a hint of a smile in his voice, “were you planning on staying right here with me?” She tilts her head up to meet his gaze.
