He's the type to step in and naturally mediate when members have a disagreement. He is quick to notice changes in others and subtly looks out for the members' health and mood. He reaches out to those in trouble but doesn't over-meddle, knowing when to just watch over them quietly. On the other hand, he has a strong sense that he "must be the reliable one" and is bad at showing weakness. Even in painful situations, he acts nonchalant in front of the members.
